Where Healing Begins With Presence, Play and Movement.

01.

A child-led, evidence-based approach that supports emotional expression, healing, and development through play.
Using the language of toys, art, storytelling, and imaginative roleplay, children are gently guided to express feelings, process trauma, and explore challenges in a safe, developmentally appropriate environment.
Ideal for: Children experiencing anxiety, emotional dysregulation, grief, family transitions, trauma, or behavioural concerns.
Goals: Foster emotional resilience, strengthen self-regulation, improve confidence, and support healthy relationships.
02.
